If so then this is the perfect role for you… Georgi at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for a Live at Home Scheme Manager, working for a national charity. The Live at Home Scheme Manager is responsible for developing and managing a Live at Home Scheme to meet the needs of older people within the local community.
This position for Live at Home Scheme Manager requires someone who possesses a strong person-centred approach who can promote the wellbeing of service users across a range of community settings. Business and operational skills are desirable, but critically your personal values are truly what matters in this role.
The main purpose of the role is the management and development of the scheme. You will be required to improve community links, with the overall purpose of reducing social isolation, within the local community.
What we can offer you:
The successful candidate for the Live at Home Scheme Manager will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum with competitive benefits such as a pension scheme, 30 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays) Childcare Vouchers, free DBS and many more! This is a full time role over a 37 hour week.

In return, we are looking for a passionate individual who has experience of managing services, staff management and working alongside volunteers. The successful candidate will ideally have business and operational skills, but most importantly, have strong personal values and a strong drive to deliver the highest quality of care.
