Stephen James Consulting are working with a leading 'Not for Profit' healthcare provider with homes covering the UK. They are currently looking for an Interim Operations Director, to manage their portfolio of homes and services to aid the organisation in its growth.
Our client is one of the leading providers in the health and social care sector, with services covering across central UK, having experienced significant growth and development, taking on a number of new services and contracts nationally. Our client is now looking to continue their success within the healthcare market through taking on ambitious and driven individuals with the future plan to continue their growth and success.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing a large portfolio of homes across South East and West, the portfolio currently comprises of over 65 Residential and Nursing Care Homes, with 13 Extra Care Schemes. This pivotal role would involve the candidate having full operational responsibility for the portfolio, working closely with the Executive team to ensure compliance, occupancy are achieved at all times.
The successful candidate in this position must ensure CQC standards are adhered to at all times.
This role would also involve working closely with the board, to look for future investment opportunities to continue the organisations growth.
This position requires a commercially and operationally sound individual to come on board to continue the organisations success.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in commercial and operational success across health and social care sector, extensive multi-site management experience is required for this position alongside having previously managed large budgets across large portfolios residential and nursing homes.
Having extensive knowledge of compliance and regulation requirements in particular CQC regulations.
The ideal candidate will be commercially and operationally aware having worked at an Operational / Senior Management level within Health and Social care for a number of years.
