Residential Home Manager (Dementia & elderly)                    

Salary: £32,000 pa

Compass Associates are proud to be working a valued client to recruit for a Residential Home Manager of their small/ medium sized Residential dementia and elderly service based in Colchester. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience running a dementia and elderly residential home and for someone that will be able to demonstrate compassion with a solid background with good CQC reports. My client desire's someone who has a genuine passion for dementia and elderly that can create a good working environment.                    

The Candidate                  

Reporting into the Regional Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance in the homes as well as maintaining occupancy levels. You must have extensive experience working within an elderly and dementia care setting with a proven track record. The ideal candidate for this position would have a passion and keen interest in dementia and elderly care. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and relationship building skills, have a management qualification in care while having a background with private fee payers.                    

Requirements   

Experience running a dementia and elderly residential home.    

Passion for dementia & elderly care      

Extensive leadership experience    

Exposure to safeguarding's    

NVQ level 4 or above    

Summary                  

My client are seeking an experienced Manager with exposure to residential home management where the successful candidate is able to lead and inspire a team. In exchange my client are offering a salary of £32,000 pa.
