Heart Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a small and exclusive organization who have asked us to find an exceptional manager for their large care home service in a great location to the south east of Derby

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, and Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this luxurious and comfortable home. We are now seeking a suitably qualified manager with significant experience in a care home environment who shares our clients' passion for putting the needs and well-being of the residents first in order to implement excellent relationship-centered care.

The home is already on good grades and is fully assured after its rigorous IPC inspection, and with your input could realise outstanding grades across all categories. The home is very well integrated into the local community and has great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

If this role is of interest to you, then you will need to have

NMC Registration (or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care) and a Managerial award

An ability to implement excellent person-centered care

A strong record in leadership and management

A record of driving continuous improvement

Excellent networking and marketing skills to ensure the home is at full capacity

Budget management experience

A flexible approach to working hours in order to meet business needs

Previous experience in a Care home which has achieved "Good" grades
