My client is a small group of Children’s Home and is currently recruiting for their home based in Bradford with an outstanding reputation for the mental health awareness and challenging behavior care they provide in Bradford.

This particular position is in a children's home which is based in Bradford, the aim of the home is to assist young adults in their transitioning from high levels of support towards to a more independent style of living, in which to develop their skills and achieve their full potential. This is company wants people to progress and you will get a clear route on how to progress for your forever career with the company.

As a Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will be:

General running of the home

Keeping up-to-date with CQC and Ofsted guidelines and procedures.

Making sure all paperwork is up-to-date

Providing emotional and functional care and support to the residents

Keeping care plans up to date.

Liaising with other healthcare professionals i.e. GP’s, Social Workers, Therapists and Families

Supporting all levels of staff and working closely within the management team.

Skills & Experience Needed:

Recent experience working either as a Registered Manager or as a Children's Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Full UK Driving Licence.

Be living within travelling distance to Bradford.
