Position: Registered Manager
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Hertfordshire

I have a fantastic new opportunity to work as a Registered Manager for a supported living and outreach service, supporting adults with learning disabilities in Hertfordshire.

You will be in charge of overseeing the service and manage the team leader and support workers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the team
• Provide the best possible care to service users
• Maintaining compliance
• Managing budgets and audits
• Organising staff training, rotas and overseeing health and safety

Registered Manager Requirements:

• You will need at least 3 years' experience working with adults with learning disabilities
• You will need to have at least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager
