Are you a passionate, dedicated Social Worker looking for a new challenge? HCL Workforce Solutions is working with our client Greater Manchester Mental Health. We are looking for a social worker to come into a busy community mental health team working as a care coordinator for a range of clients with care and support needs arising from SMI. You will be managing a caseload and be part of a duty system taking initial assesment and incoming crisis.
The ideal candiadte will have experience with Risk management and safeguarding adults.

What you will need:

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• Social Work England Registration
• Clear enhanced DBS
• Minimum of 2 years' UK Social Work experience
