Residential Home Manager (Elderly and Dementia care)                    

Location - Gloucester           

Salary - 45,000 - £47,000 pa

Compass Associates are proud to be working with an established care provider to recruit for a Registered Manager for one of their small to sized homes situated in the Gloucester area. The home provides residential care for elderly service users, As the manager in this home, in addition to supporting and developing the team you're leading, you will be required to focus on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, whilst ensuring there is a sound financial performance.                

The Candidate                

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience managing a residential home and be able to lead and inspire a team. My client is not only looking for someone with previous home management experience in a residential home, but also someone that is able to evidence a strong CQC knowledge and good leadership skills, as well as a passion for dementia care.                

Requirements                

Home Manager Experience - Elderly care

Proven track record of Good CQC reports

Passion for elderly care, with a hands-on approach

Experience of networking locally and marketing a home to the private sector

NVQ Level 5 qualified

Location                

This role is based in the Gloucester area.
