Elderly Residential Care Home in Doncaster, South Yorkshire

£45000 per annum

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Doncaster.

Package for the Residential Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

• £45,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

• Full time hours Monday to Friday

• Opportunities for training and development

Residential Home Manager requirements:

• Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, SVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this

• Previous experience working in Elderly Care Management is essential

• Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management

• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
