The home has been a care home for over 40 years and the current owner has invested heavily to modernise and create a wonderful, homely atmosphere for all the residents.

There previous CQC report highlighted some areas of improvement that the provider has worked hard to overcome and if the CQC walked in tomorrow there would be no major challenges.

You will be given the chance to run the home as your own and be given full autonomy but with the provider only a phone call away to offer all the support you need.

The Role
Duties to include:

• Maintain CQC compliance by implementing a robust system of audits
• Work closely with the local stakeholders

The Person
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Successful management of small to medium sized dementia homes
