Care Assistant based at Westbury Grange, Newport Pagnell

Available Hours:

Permanent - Full Time - 39 hours per week

The role requires individuals who:

residents.

- work well as part of a team

- have the ability to form positive relationships with

residents, their families and professional colleagues

You will be responsible for supporting older people to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being.

MHA has provided dementia care services at Westbury since 1989 in partnership with the local Primary Care Trust and Council. Westbury Grange was MHA's first home to provide a high quality service specifically for older people with dementia.

With an emphasis on person-centred care, Westbury has specially trained staff to build relationships and ensure that each individual can choose how they wish to spend their time and express themselves.
