Registered Manager - Autism & Learning Disabilities      

Poole    

£30,000 - £32,000      

     

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading provider of health care throughout the UK. They have an exciting opportunity in Poole for an experienced service manager who has experience in working with adults with autism and learning disabilities.

     

The Role      

This is a role best suited to someone who is experienced in working with adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex health needs, and someone who is confident in working within a challenging service. It's an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of care throughout the UK and utilise your skills to develop and ensure the highest standard of quality care is offered at all times.      

     

Essential      

- Up to date knowledge around CQC regulations      

- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)      

- Confident in ability to improve a residential service      

- Experience in managing a large staff team
