Quality and Compliance Manager – Domiciliary/Complex Care
Rochdale base – includes travelling to other branches
We are currently recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager based in Rochdale.
This position will be joining a large provider of domiciliary and complex care services with a great reputation.
The role involves travelling to multiple sites, carrying out audits and reviews and reporting directly to the Head of Service Improvement. The candidate will also support the Registered Managers any changes to ensure a high-quality service in line with CQC regulations is maintained.
Ability to write policies and procedures
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
Experience managing safeguarding/complaints/accidents
Experience of inspections
Ability to report quality information to a high-level
Experience of contract monitoring reviews
Experience of auditing
Full training provided
