For our client to consider you for this exciting role, you will need to:

Be committed to person-centered planning and positive risk-taking.

Have knowledge and experience working with Regulatory bodies within social care, care standards, and compliance requirements.

Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload whilst working under pressure.

Have proven experience of being able to communicate effectively with the people that you support, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.

Have good IT skills

Be flexible to work on a rota and provide an on-call service when required

Have an SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or willingness to work towards this.

Have a current SSSC Registration or ability to register with SSSC

Be a driver with a full license and access to your own vehicle as you will be required to work multi-site and across Caithness.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a service that is growing rapidly, within an organization that recognizes effort, promotes from within, and supports its staff to succeed.
