Quality and Compliance Manager.
Quality and Compliance Manager required to join highly regarded mental health care provider to oversee the quality and compliance of an independent hospital.
As Clinical Compliance Manager / Quality Assurance Manager / Clinical Quality Improvement Manager you will conduct a series of audits and quality healthcare checks across the hospital.
As Quality and Compliance Manager you will ensure that the hospital adheres to CQC regulations. As Compliance Manager / QA Manager you will conduct internal audits in order to ensure that high standards of care is maintained.
You will work will create action plans, advise on best practice and ensure CQC compliance. As Quality and Compliance Manager you will deal with complaints and investigations.
Our client requires someone who is hands on and keen to work with other staff members to ensure compliance and excellent care is delivered at all times.
Candidates should have worked as a Clinical Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Manager, Compliance Manager or as a QA Manager previously.
Quality and Compliance Manager candidate's must have gained experience in the health and social care sector and candidates from the mental healthcare, learning disabilities or elderly care sector will be considered. Candidates with mental health care sector experience are desirable. Quality and Compliance Manager candidates should have management experience and ideally and NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
