Our client has asked us to find a Home Manager who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people for their medium-sized care home in the Aberdeenshire area.
The home provides excellent care to frail elderly people and has undergone some recent improvements to make this a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing place to live. The home sits right at the heart of the local community and enjoys good grades
As the new home manager, you will be crucial to the smooth running of the home and will have the ability to maintain high grades by ensuring that the staff work together as a cohesive team
Working in partnership with the Senior Management Team, you will be able to build effective and credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead by example, and be able to motivate and inspire your team of staff. You will ensure that excellent person-centered care is delivered at all times and each resident enjoys the highest possible quality of life within this homely environment.
The role requires you to have good experience as a home manager, and you must hold relevant qualifications in care and a recognized manager's award in management. The ideal candidate for this interesting role will be a passionate manager, who knows what good care is and how to facilitate it, and who shares the same core beliefs and values as our client.
