Home Manager | Care Home (residential) | Good CQC  

Stockport,

Cheshire       

         

Salary: £30k - £40k per annum      

Bonus: 10%

Benefits: 33 days Holiday, meal hot meals on shift, internal training opportunities

         

* Must have Management experience (elderly care home)*      

Requirements:      

- Current Manager within care (elderly care home)      

- Good knowledge of CQC requirements

My client is looking for a Registered Manager to manage a small to medium sized care home that provides residential and dementia care for elderly people. This is a care home with a loyal staff team in place, including dedicated and hardworking senior Operational, Quality and HR teams that support the manager throughout their time at the home. The home has good occupancy levels and is rated 'Good' with CQC.     

         

The Candidate                

The successful candidate must have management experience and preferably have worked within an elderly care home that works to high standards.

           

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to provide high quality care. This position requires a positive person who can recruit, retain and motivate a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the home goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.            

               

* Must be a current Home Manager (elderly care home)*      

       

Location                

This role is based near in Stockport, Cheshire and is commutable from Manchester, Salford, Ashton Under-Lyne, Warrington, Leigh, Macclesfield, Crewe, Northwich & Oldham   

         

Interview Process                

The interview process will be in a 2-stage format.                 

               

Stage one: Face to face Formal: Area Manager

Stage two: Face to face Formal: Ops Director & Managing Director          

       

Summary                

My client is seeking a Home Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful care home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of Circa £35k per annum + bonus & benefits.
