Home Manager | Residential Care Home | Turnaround  

West Lancashire      

         

Salary: £50k - £60k per annum      

Bonus: To be confirmed (roughly 10%)   

         

* Must be a current Home Manager (elderly care home)*      

Requirements:      

- Current Home Manager (elderly care home)      

- Current Good / Outstanding CQC report       

- Passion for elderly care

We are working with a care provider that operate a portfolio of care homes across the UK. The business operate a healthy portfolio of elderly care homes and boast stable financial figures that will stand them in good stead for the future.        

       

My client is looking for a Registered Manager to manage a care home that provides residential and dementia care for elderly people. This is a care home with a loyal staff team in place, including a supportive Director with many years of experience within working in the sector. Although the home has a good reputation in the area there is some work to do to improve on the recent CQC inspection        

         

The Candidate                

The successful candidate must be currently working in a Registered Managers position within an elderly care home that works to high standards and is compliant with CQC requirements.      

           

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to provide high quality care. This position requires a positive person who can recruit, retain and motivate a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the home goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.        

         

We can only accept applications from people who are currently working within the elderly care home sector, for this position.

Location                

This role is based near in West Lancashire and is commutable from Southport, Liverpool, Preston, Chorley, Ormskirk, St Helens, Warrington, Accrington, Blackburn & Wigan  

         

Interview Process                

The interview process will be in a 1-stage format.                 

               

Stage one: Face to face Formal: Managing Director         

       

Summary                

My client is seeking a Home Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful care home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to £60k per annum.
