The North Manchester Division has a great opportunity for a Band 8a Operational Manager for Adult Community Teams and to be part of our Senior Leadership Team.
The successful post-holder will provide clinical leadership and operational management to the adult CMHTs & EIS, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team in maintaining good standards of care and implementing any service improvements.
The successful candidate will work predominantly 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although there may be exceptional circumstances where some flexibility is required to meet service needs. You must also have the ability to network, establish and maintain positive working relationships with other stakeholders in the North Manchester locality and across GMMH.
