Team Leader, Children's EBD Service - Stoke on Trent - £27,802.67 Plus Benefits

This is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. They have children's services as well as packages for care leavers.

This role is for an experienced Team Leader to join the friendly team in our 4 bed SHB service in Bignall End, Stoke on Trent. This service aims to empower the young people to ensure they live a full and happy life.

You will be responsible for overseeing the staff team at the service and will assist the Deputy and Manager with the day to day running of the home. You will allocate a Key Worker for each of the Young People and will monitor the high standard at the service to make sure these are being met at all times. You will also attend an contribute to Child Care planning meetings.

The shift pattern at this service is 2 on 4 off with sleep ins (£34 per sleep)

To apply for this job, you must have the following,

- Experience working in a Children's Residential Service or Care Leaver Provision

- NVQ 3 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (or equivalent)

- Driver

- Passion for making a difference

Please note: This is not suitable for applicants with a background in Nursey School.
