Our client in Hindhead is seeking full time Care Assistants and a Senior Care Assistant for their 50 bedded residential home. The home specialises in elderly care and dementia and the current CQC report is rated "GOOD" in all areas.
The HCA roles are full-time, permanent positions on 36 hours per week contracts. Both day and night positions are available paying an amazing £10.19 per hour on days and £10.45 per hour on nights (The highest rates for Care Assistants in the area!)
Some part time positions on 24 hours per week contracts may be available.
They are also looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant ideally to work Nights. This is again a full time, permanent role paying £11.85 per hour. Candidates will ideally hold NVQ Level 3 and be medication trained.

Care Assistant Main Duties:
Supporting the HCA's and SHCA's in delivering the highest quality of care
Following residents specific care plans
Support residents with personal care (toileting, washing and dressing)
Maintain residents dignity and independence
Monitoring residents conditions by taking temperatures, pulse etc.
Manual handling - Lifting and helping residents move around
Practical support - Making beds, preparing food & Laundry
Care Assistant Skills Needed:
The ideal care assistant will have a positive and caring attitude with good communication skills. Reliability and a strong team/work ethic are essential within this role.
Care Assistant Skills Desired:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social is desirable although not essential. Previous experience of working within a care home/home care/hospital setting is desirable and sometimes essential for our clients.
