We are looking for an experienced person to undergo a ‘fit persons’ interview with Ofsted (if required) and be Registered as the ‘Responsible Individual’ for all designated Homes and act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that the Homes meet relevant requirements set out in legislation. We currently have two homes operational, with a third opening later this year.

Purpose of Job:
To provide effective leadership and management of Back On Track’s residential services for children and young people. To ensure a high standard of consistent care and service in accordance with legislation, central government guidance, regulations and standards, and the policies and procedures of Back on Track Children’s Services SE Ltd
To work in partnership with the Registered Managers in the decisions and management of placements within the Residential provision and to liaise with partners in formulating jointly agreed plans to ensure a coordinated approach to services for children and young people.
Back on Track Services Ltd provides small family orientated homes to children and young people aged between 8-18 years old. We excel by having developed small and friendly staff teams who work collectively in recognizing and promoting the individual needs of each child placed in our care.
We have developed excellent relationships with parents, Local Authorities, social workers and outside professional, working in partnership to deliver and oversee that each child’s care plan is facilitated, targets met and best achievements and positive outcomes promoted.
Previous experience of working at a senior level within a childcare organisation, or as a Responsible Individual, or as an exceptional manager is essential.
