I am delighted to be working with a provider of support and housing to young adults leaving local authority care. The work this organisation carries out is critical to the young people's development and lives and enables them to develop the skills required to live independently.

My client requires a Service Manager to run their Coventry project. This will be a critical role within the organisation in ensuring its ongoing success. The role will involve managing a large support staff team to deliver service user focused, effective support which can continue to positively impact lives.

In order to be considered for the position, you must have an interest in working with the 16-24 age group, and experience of working with them would be ideal. You should also have a strong social care management history, with the ability to effectively lead large staff teams, work with external agencies, build strong relationships and be able to implement regulations effectively.

This will be an exciting but challenging position and comes with an excellent benefits package. On top of a highly competitive salary, you will receive car allowance and paid mileage of 40p/mile.
