Are you looking for a way to make a difference?

We're actively seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Leeds, Bradford and the surrounding areas, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. You'll follow each individual's care plan, playing a key role in supporting them with daily tasks like personal care tasks, observing and monitoring our service users' conditions, supporting with clinical needs, encouraging them to develop relationships in their local communities and assist them with any additional services needed. You'll receive specialist training, tailored to the package of care you're assigned to.

Flexi Pay is an app feature that gives healthcare staff the chance to instantly withdraw an advance of up to 50% of the value of their existing shifts including weekends and bank holidays!

Perks will include

  • An hourly rate of up to £16.79, including holiday pay
  • Never wait for payday again with instant Flexi Pay
  • Fixed hours on a rota basis
  • Free uniform and DBS check

Requirements

You'll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You'll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility, and with a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You'll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required.
