Job Description

The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.

AICS Group is looking for Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with our Client who lives in Aylesford, Kent. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.


Client: Our young Client got a Brain Injury.

Therefore Duties:

Carry out morning routine and assist with personal care hygiene, carry out therapeutic activities and exercises following OT and PT guidelines, support him with educational and leisure activities.

Therefore, looking for Rehabilitation Support Worker who can work on:

8 am to 4 pm 2-3 days in a week


Essential Skills:

•Minimum 1 Year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury. •Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, •Demonstrate the ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, •Good verbal and written communication skills, •ability to liaise with other professionals daily, •The ability to remain calm under pressure

Desirable Skills:

•Current and clean drivers license, •Experience of providing care to people living in the community
