Job Description

The AICS Group;specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.

AICS Group is looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with our client who lives in the East London. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.

We are looking for individuals who have the experience, heart, empathy, and dedication to support families with their loved one’s rehabilitation and everyday care needs. They would be providing this whilst assisting their Clients to work toward increased independence. We are looking for experienced individuals who can make a positive impact and are keen to develop their skills further whilst assisting their Clients to reach their full potential.


Client: Our client has a brain injury and therefore, needs mainly --

- independent living activities

- getting into the community

- medication Support

- must be able to travel freely internationally without waiting to wait for a visa etc.

We are ideally looking for drivers with access to their own vehicle to work with our clients but it's not essential

The ideal Support Workers should be able to work:

Any day

24 Hrs shift (Day and Sleep-in)  

We are looking for individuals with a professional attitude who have experience working in family environments and supporting with day to daycare needs and some domestic tasks associated with the Client.


Essential Skills:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, Demonstrate the ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily

Desirable Skills:

Current and clean drivers license, Experience of providing care to people living in the community
