You'll also get a number of benefits including a company contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holidays. Other benefits include cycle to work scheme, plus training and development opportunities.

What do we need from you so you can do the job?

Maintaining agreed standards of service, and leading, motivating and developing staff. This role also includes responsibility for all aspects of personnel, financial reporting, IM&T and general management of the healthcare establishment and being the CQC Registered Manager.

You will be able to provide evidence of your leadership ability and have undertaken management training. With an understanding of clinical governance frameworks, risk assessment, budget management and data analysis and experience of developing patient-focused care.

Holding either a professional qualification or management experience within a healthcare setting, you'll be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current policy and practice affecting health and public/private partnerships including in the prison setting.
You will also be used to managing multi-disciplinary teams, cooperatively working with senior teams of external agencies to develop effective working collaborative relationships.
