Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Registered Home Manager for their medium-sized residential home based around Birmingham.

 

This role would suit an experienced home manager that is passionate about elderly / dementia care and has experience successfully managing a care service. You will be required to focus on providing high quality person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you're leading & ensuring a sound financial performance.

 

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have experience as a home manager and must show they have a 'good' - 'outstanding' CQC report and preferably have experience working within dementia environments.

 

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.

 

The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.

 

Requirements

Home or Deputy Manager experience

Excellent leadership qualities

Level 5 qualified

Knowledgeable on CQC criteria

'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC report

Location

The home is based around Bournemouth and would be a suitable commute from Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Redditch, Worcester, Solihull and surrounding areas.

 

Interview Process

Stage one - Formal with Quality and Compliance Manager &  Ops Manager

Stage two - Formal with CEO & HR

 

Summary

My client is seeking an experienced Home Manager within the elderly / dementia care environment who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange my client is offering a salary up to £39,000 depending on experience.
