Quality and Compliance Manager
£40,000 per annum

On behalf of a leading independent and well established care home provider in West Yorkshire, I am delighted to be recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager to work alongside the senior management team to operate the company's quality management function in conjunction with compliance and clinical governance systems.

Main Responsibilities of the Quality and Compliance Manager:
• Deliver quality assurance and clinical governance system which enables continuous improvement in care and service delivery as well as regulatory compliance.
• Support the care homes' managers and staff to ensure resident safety and achieve the highest possible standards of care and service as well as full regulatory compliance.
• Develop the home's senior teams (Deputy Manager and below) in the effective management of care and service delivery.
• Support the homes in conducting clinical investigations.
• Lead on specific care projects.
• Lead on the rewriting of operational policies in line with best practice, guidance and legislation.

You will possess the following skills and experience:
• The ability to prioritise & manage a complex workload, while meeting deadlines and using your initiative
• The ability to manage conflicting interests from internal and external stakeholders using effective verbal & written communication skills
• A good working knowledge of the relevant policies, procedures & legislation

In Return my client will offer a competitive salary of upto £40,000 per annum and company car/car allowance, benefits and career progression.
