We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Registered Manager to work in a medium residential home. The home offers care for the elderly and has a fantastic local reputation. It is well presented and has a warm and homely feel. The home is located in a central location with good transport links and would be an easy commute from surrounding areas.

Registered Manager Job Role:

• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budgets
• Monitoring business performance and quality of care

Registered Manager Skills/ Qualifications:

• IT literate, competent and accurate
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• To maintain & improve CQC standards
• Excellent communication, observation and listening skills
