Job Description

The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.

AICS Group is looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with our client who lives in Wanstead. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.

We are looking for individuals who have the experience, heart, empathy, and dedication to support families with their loved one’s rehabilitation and everyday care needs. They would be providing this whilst assisting their Clients to work toward increased independence. We are looking for experienced individuals who can make a positive impact and are keen to develop their skills further whilst assisting their Clients to reach their full potential.


Client: Our Client is a remarkable young man who has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. Neither of which stands in the way of his drive and determination.

We are looking for individuals with a professional attitude who have experience working in family environments and supporting with day to daycare needs and some domestic tasks associated with the Client.

Support workers will be able to deliver the Clients Rehabilitation Care Plan and meet his day to day needs alongside his family, therapists and other involved health care professionals. The goal is to provide the best quality of life for this special young man, who loves books, going out, spending quality time with his family, making new friends, swimming, music, and much more. To reach these goals he requires the support of a dedicated team to assist in getting him where he wants to be.

Therefore you should be able to:

Carry out morning routine and assist with personal care hygiene, Proactive

enthusiastic and MUST BE A DRIVER.

Therefore, looking for Rehabilitation Support Worker who can work on flexible hours:

Monday to Friday: 10 pm to 11 am


Essential Skills:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, Demonstrate the ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily

Desirable Skills:

Current and clean drivers license, Experience of providing care to people living in the community
