What an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered manager to manage and develop the crisis management children services for a forward moving and well established company!
Their First crisis home is open and requires a registered manager to continue further development and ensure the best possible care for the service users and lead the home through it's first inspection and gain a high class Ofsted rating. Once this home is established and operating well then further properties will be purchased in the Midlands area and this manager can achieve continued personal development as a development manager leading to service manager level.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have solid experience of being a registered manager of children's homes and have a good record with Ofsted. You will be passionate for developing children's services to the highest possible care standards for the children and young people and be an effective and supportive people's manager. You will possess the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for children and young people.
