Are you a Registered Care or Branch Manager in the Health and Social Care Sector, looking for your next new challenge?

Our client is looking for a commercial, committed and compassionate Care Manager to develop, lead and grow the branch, you need to be confident in your service delivery to enable you to build your customer base within the private sector sales market.

As Care Manager your role will include day to day operational management in your local area with support from our Head Office teams, you'll be led by a local Area Manager and have clear structure and expectations.

Your team will include a dedicated Care Coordinator responsible for the rota planning and allocation of care. Between you, you'll engage your carer team through effective communication, personal development and clear instruction to provide the high-quality care we believe in. You'll have clear plans for compliance and always be prepared for inspection, striving for an outstanding outcome.

Your key responsibilities:

Managing and Leading your branch team.

Deliver on our commercial growth plan within your targets

Build your customer base within the private care sector market

Recruitment, engagement and retention of compassionate and committed carers.

Deliver outstanding quality service.

Participating in the branch on-call rota
