A secondment/12 month fixed term contract opportunity has arisen within the Mental Health Act Administration team that is situated at Little Brook Hospital, Dartford. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in a busy MHA department and have a good understanding of working alone on their own initiative as well as working within a team environment. Candidates will have excellent English skills and be able to work in a methodical manner at all times, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
The candidate must have the ability to deliver training to all other professionals including doctors, nurses and outside organisations as and when required. In addition the candidate must be able to travel to all other sites and manage staff within the team ensuring workloads, and supervision needs are met.
The candidate must have the ability to be able to participate within meetings alongside other service lines and also be able to take minutes and co-ordinate and chair meetings.
