Job Description

We are looking to appoint a new Team Manager into our Community Eating disorders team, who is highly motivated and enthusiastic about working within a service that is continually developing to meet the national access and waiting time's standards for children and young people with an eating disorder, including embedding a multi-agency/ disciplinary approach to provide an excellent service to children and young people and their families across County Durham and Darlington

We are looking for an experienced clinician with operational management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. You will be a natural leader and a team player, who is committed to promoting excellent quality of care within a patient centred service. You will be able to foster strong relationships with clinical colleagues and drive through cultural change within the workforce.

You may be required to work some evenings or weekend days to support the provision of a 7 day service, so a flexible approach is essential. You will also be required to be capable of independent travel as this service covers the whole of County Durham and Darlington.
