Purosearch are looking for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to join a newly reopened up to four bedroom state of the art EBD children's home which is bright, airy and has a fresh feel. The home is situated in Oldham near Manchester close to the M62 and would therefore be an easy commute from surrounding areas and there are excellent transport links from the centre of Manchester.

This is a brand new project and would suit an experienced passionate Registered Children's Home Manager with fresh ideas, someone who has a good Ofsted record.

Job Requirements for the Registered Children's Home Manager Role:

• Manage all aspects in the day-to-day running of the home
• Deal with own referrals and placements
• To ensure effective induction of all staff, together supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment

The suitable candidate for the Registered Children's Home Manager will have:-

• You will possess recent children's residential managerial experience and can demonstrate good leadership skills and have an excellent understanding of Ofsted regulations for Children's Homes.
• Essential - NVQ/QCF level 3 diploma in leadership for health and social care, children and young people's services and enrolled onto Level 5
