Job Description

Gardener Unit is a 10 bedded medium secure ward and as part of the team you will be supported to work intensively with patients and develop therapeutic relationships. The Gardener Unit is a forward thinking and dynamic service. The Service is continually developing and we are looking to a Band 3 Support Worker to join our team.
With the support of senior staff the post holder will be expected to deliver high level, quality care to our service users and assist in the supervision to junior staff members.
We require dynamic individuals with a genuine interest and positive attitude who wish to pursue a challenging career in forensic nursing. We offer excellent opportunities for personal and professional development via, appraisal personal development plans and training.
