Job Description

Seven Education are looking for a temporary Learning and Development Trainer to work with Buckinghamshire County Council. This role is based in Aylesbury and is paying between £28.00 - £32.00 per hour. The contract is initially for 3 - 6 months.

The role:

To design and deliver training programmes across Buckinghamshire, you will need to advise, teach, guide and support a wide of learners (social workers, occupational therapists, social work assistants, care workers). You will be confident delivering in a classroom environment or delivering to small groups, putting quality at the forefront of everything you do - for your learners, employers and staff team.

Design and deliver high quality training which ensures all case management recording complies with statutory and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Use a range of teaching methods and techniques to suit individual learners and deliver all aspects of social care training including ICT related training.

Assess individual training needs during workshops to ensure material is delivered at an appropriate level, to maximise delegate understanding and retention

Create / complete documents, forms, correspondence and other training and learning materials as required.

Collect, enter, process and analyse information and compile reports using appropriate systems

Quality check documents, materials and recommendations to ensure all work meets the required standards.

Design and assess training programmes

Applicant Requirements:

* Qualifications: University Degree at grade 2:2 or above.

* Experience: 1+ year of post-graduate experience as a Teacher/Tutor/Trainer in the UK.

* Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. QTS gained from an ITT programme.

* Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

* Hours: 37 hours p/w.
