On behalf of a fantastic care provider I am looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team at one of their Residential Homes in the WARMINSTER area.
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a privately owned care group in the Scunthorpe area.
My client is a well-established privately run group of Residential homes throughout the Scunthorpe area and are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to help manage a Residential Home. The home is a purpose built facility which caters for elderly clients and is registered for Residential and Dementia care.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience and good people and leadership skills. You will be dynamic, sharp and hungry for a challenge with a strong personality. This post really requires an individual who is focused and has the want to succeed.
Starting Salary of £25,000
Monday to Friday position.
As most Deputies understand, there will be some on call work necessary.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 minimum
- Experience of working within a Care Home environment
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the home in absence of the Home Manager
- Staff management/appraisals/Training
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Share responsibly for Occupancies of the home with the Home Manager
