£15,000 - £22,000 + Benefits                          

Central London  

Full Time - 40 Hours




Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Private Aesthetic Clinic in their search for a Healthcare Assistant. The clinic offers a wide range of treatments ranging from non-surgical medicine to sexual rejuvenation. They strive in offering the best possible standard of service and care and are looking for a hardworking, passionate professional to join their established team.  


The Role                


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant who is patient focused to join a growing team. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week worked Monday to Friday with 2 Saturdays worked a month.  


You would be responsible for providing 5* patient care, handling patient records, taking patient bloods, informing patients of their treatment options, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained, providing post treatment care and assessment, maintaining policies, procedures, objectives and infection control standards, general clinical support to the Director, observe, interview and assess patients to identify care needs and follow up actions. You will also be solely responsible for the whole stock process, including managing and ordering around 100 items.   


The Candidate


The successful candidate will be an experienced Healthcare Assistant with phlebotomy experience. Although a background in aesthetic is not essential, you will have experience working within patient care and have attention to detail, be diligent and patient focused. You will be flexible, as you may be required to work later hours on occasion dependent on the needs of the clinic.  


Please note candidates with no phlebotomy experience will not be shortlisted.

Phlebotomy trained
