Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a national care provider who specialise in supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injures and complex care needs. They have a new job opportunity for a registered manager to take control of both their residential & supported living service based in Walton, Liverpool that specialises in acquired brain injuries.
As the registered home manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering exceptional care to all residents within the home. You will also lead the staffing team within the home, making sure they are fully engaged and that their training is kept up to date. The successful candidate will also be responsible for making sure the home is run smoothly and should be able to deal with any day to day issues that may arise.
This service requires a registered manager that has gained strong experience in leading a busy care team. They must have an excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and have a clear passion for providing exceptional care to the clients. Previous experience of managing a residential and supported living service is essential. Furthermore, you should also have an excellent understanding of acquired brain injuries and the rehabilitation process. A level 5 in health and social care or equivalent is desirable.
In return you will be offered an annual salary of £35K + benefits. You will get the chance to develop your skills further and will get the full support of the senior management team.
