Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Location : North London
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Salary: £45k

A distinguished Care Home currently requires an experienced manager with a strong background in Home management to join their ever expanding team as Quality Assurance Manager. This is an exciting new role where you will monitor the quality and clinical governance for the company. Your main role will be to implement consistent compliance with the CQC with a view to continuously raise standards in order to exceed newly updated regulatory requirements.

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will liaise with Directors to build and develop the company quality strategy whilst creating clinical excellence throughout their services. You will also work alongside registered managers to highlight service deficiencies and non-conformities; developing and implementing action plans to rectify.

Job Requirements:
• Manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the home
• Improve and maintain corporate standards, policy and procedure relating to clinical policy
• To complete Pre-CQC inspection audits
• Advise on local systems and procedures required for clinical management and audit
