Turnaround Manager
Sussex
£53,000 + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion and talent for quality improvement and service development looking for your next step?

My client is looking for a Home Manager, with outstanding leadership and problem solving skills, to move into a regional role where issues can be identified and improvement plans implemented in Homes that need some care and attention. The ideal candidate will have proven turnaround skills demonstrated by CQC reports.

Within this Turnaround Manager role you will be working across East and West Sussex working closely with the Regional Directors and Home Managers in ensuring the quality and compliance to current best practice and regulations for all homes.

The successful candidate will also monitor the operation of the internal systems and processes of the organisation and provide expert advice and solutions for improved ways of working. The Turnaround Manager will be committed to achieving standards of excellence and you will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing standards of care and kindness, occupancy, profitability and operating efficiency. The Turnaround Manager will be a natural leader who is organised and driven, can inspire and develop their colleagues whilst at all times maintaining passion for delivering kindest possible care for Residents and their relatives and friends.

The Turnaround Manager/ Peripatetic Home Manager should have the following skills and experience:
• Current NMC PIN - RGN / RMN.
• Relevant qualifications and experience - Home Management coupled with proven
• Full valid UK driving license - with a willingness to travel between sites.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Numeracy and Literacy Skills
• Relationship and Team Building Skills
• NVQ Level 5 (or working towards).
• Proven track record with CQC.
