Registered Manager



I am working with an outstanding organisation, looking for an excellent Registered Manager with experience in Learning Disability, Mental Health and Autism care.

The Registered Manager will be expected to run the service implementing structures and making sure all are carried out, you will have CQC knowledge and experience and will have a "can do" attitude which you can pass to all carers.

Registered Manager Requirements:

- Management experience
- CQC Knowledge and Experience
- Background in Learning Disability care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT, finance and organisational skills
- Valid UK Driving License

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

- Ensuring high quality support within the homes and maintaining CQC standards
- Support, development and training for staff
- Organisation of rotas, finances and report writing
- Liaising with external bodies
