Team Leader - Care Home

Our client is recognized as being at the forefront of delivering excellent care to elderly and vulnerable people both in the community and in a care home setting. We are delighted to have been asked to find a caring, knowledgeable and passionate Team leader for their services in Aberdeen city.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individuals who can inspire and lead their team to deliver positive outcomes for their residents, allowing them to continue to live an independent life.

The successful candidate will work with their team to ensure service quality, performance and regulatory standards are maintained, and build strong relationships with clients, their families and other partners.

The ideal candidate must have:

Experience of managing a care team

Experience of motivating a team to deliver personalized, outcomes-based care

The ability to effectively manage shifts and rotas for their team

A relevant qualification (SVQ3)

Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including early mornings from 7 am, evenings until 10 pm and weekends.

The successful candidate will be required to become a PVG scheme member as well as register with the SSSC.
