Manchester - £8.30 p/Hour
We are looking for some Care Assistants to join the team at a residential home in Warrington, Greater Manchester, paying £8.30p/h + DOE.

This provider has shifts available to suit your needs. Day and night shifts available, and a mix if you prefer! There are also full-time and part time positions available for those who need them. As a Care Assistant, you will be part of the team to continue the resident's care throughout the day. Your duties will centre on providing the highest standards of care to the home's residents as well as ensuring that their physical, social and emotional needs are met.

Role requirements for the Care Assistant:
•Supporting the team of staff
•Continue your training and development
•Developing therapeutic or beneficial relationships with residents/colleagues
•Delivering high standards of person-centred care
•Attend regular meetings
•Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of home
•Support the Home Manager in implementing personalised care plans, and reviewing and monitoring these on a regular basis.
Skills/Qualifications for the Night Care Assistant:
•Experience working in elderly/dementia care
•Excellent communication & organisational skills
•Passionate about care to the residents
•NVQ Level 2 or above beneficial, but not essential
