Senior Practitioner (Health care)

BCHA is recruiting for Senior Practitioners, each of whom will be responsible for the planning, monitoring and development of innovative housing-related support services for vulnerable people through the effective leadership of their team.


Location: Poole & Bournemouth

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday with flexibility


Job Type: Permanent

Salary Range: £26,169 - £28,762.

The successful candidate will develop customer led support using person centred and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice and support for adults who are or at risk of homelessness. To contribute to the delivery of a high quality, safe and dynamic service in accordance with our policies, procedures, vision, values and strategic objectives

Key criteria’s & experience:
  • Experience in a team management role from the health/ or mental health sector working with vulnerable client groups
  • Health/Social Care or mental health qualifications highly desirable
