At SweetTree we are incredibly proud of the exceptional care services we provide to our clients in their home. As a highly respected industry leader we use training, recognition and personal development to ensure our team always feel valued and are passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities.
We are currently looking for exceptional learning disability support workers, who have experience of working with clients who have learning disabilities or complex and challenging behaviours, as we continue to grow. Our support worker roles offer competitive industry salaries, growth potential and expert training. Most importantly, they provide the opportunity to create a dramatic and positive impact on our client’s ability to live active, vibrant and full lives.
We are looking for support workers who share our values, have a commitment to quality and show compassion, dignity and respect to the people that they will be working with. People with a learning disability are at the heart of everything we do. Above all we want someone that shares in our values.
The role of a support worker is varied and no two days will be the same. Every client’s needs differ but as a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
