We are looking for to expand our team of expert Adult Care Apprenticeship Trainers and are appointing new positions to be based in and/or to work across Gloucestershire.

The lowdown on being a Adult Care Apprenticeship Trainer

As an Adult Care Apprenticeship Trainer you will coach, mentor and educate learners in the workplace and remotely, via technology, promoting learning and preparation for assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in the Adult Care sector. You will work regionally, as part of a team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management. Given the nature of the task at hand, you will be permanently employed on a full-time basis, but be given complete flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule.

As an Adult Care Apprenticeship Trainer with Connect2Care you can expect to receive a competitive starting salary up to £28,000pa, based on prior sector experience and qualifications PLUS a fantastic, enhanced benefits package that really does come with all the bells and whistles!

Do I need any specific experience or qualifications?

Training and development is at the heart of all we do and that extends to our staff. As long as you have at least 4 years’ experience within the Adult Care sector, such as residential care, domiciliary/community care, mental health, dementia or drug and alcohol, at supervisory or management level and the drive, determination and passion to develop others, then we will develop you!

Whether you are currently working in the Adult Care sector, looking to embark on a career transition into training and development or a qualified and experienced training/assessing professional, we will deliver you a personally tailored training and development package, uniquely not just after you’ve started with us, but before, jammed packed full of courses, qualifications and professional development to boost you to become industry leading, best-in-class Adult Care Educator in no time.

Please note; that due to the nature of the role we do ask that all our Adult Care Apprenticeship Trainers to have a full UK driving license and access to their own car/motorbike for business travel.
