As a provider of care for people of all ages who have mental and/or community health needs we are dedicated to providing a high quality service, close to where people live and as much as possible tailored to an individual's needs.

The Mental Health Act Team are nearing the completion of their recruitment drive. The final piece of the jigsaw to complete the team is to recruit a Mental Health Act Administration Assistant (Agenda for Change Band 3).
In summary, this post will be required to:
Provide efficient, effective and confidential support to the Mental Health Act Advisor, Mental Health Act Supervisor and Mental Health Act Officers, to ensure the Mental Health Act Department runs smoothly.
Facilitate the smooth running of Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers' hearings; ensuring that the Care Trust meets all professional and legal requirements and responsibilities
